My name is GAO, Yi. In Chinese, it writes 高 翼 (meaning: high wing).
I am currently an Associate Professor in the School of Aviation and Transportation Technology at Purdue University.
I completed Ph.D. in Technology at Purdue University, specializing in Aviation Management.
My primary research area is Air Transportation. My research covers the following topics:

Dr. Gao attended the 2024 Loyalty & Awards Conference at Bangkok, Thailand and gave a talk on "Cooperating with Airports at the Loyalty Level as Next Frontier in Revenue Generation" to the customer loyalty professionals.
Jiayu Liu attended the 2024 AGX|SWAAG Joint Annual Conference at San Marcos, TX presented her poster "The Role of Airport Expansions in Urban Growth: The Impact Of New Terminals On Local Land Use".
